right under 4 lbs ... smoked it for about 6 hours ...then pulled it and put it in a foil pan ... took a jar of sweet baby rays that was near empty and put a little worsteshire and apple juice in it and shook it up and poured it in the bottom of the pan ...covered it, cooked an additional 2 hours ... it was right at 200 when I took it out ... it was killer

ETA: It was just so much easier than a brisket

oh, and my smoker temp ranged between 250-275
