He's a good kid. I'm into helping employees get better (even with please and thank you) vs cutting them loose, as long as they care about doing a good job and getting better.
I've made more mistakes than anyone I can think of, and yet my bosses over the years always found a way to teach me a lesson or two each time. Here's to the one's that didn't fire me
