Could you imagine what would happen if they went in two weeks before closing and announced the plans? How much money would be lost by theft and just employees not giving a damn. I understand the frustration but its purely a business move on Serrano's part.

I have a good friend who was kitchen manager at the BR location, and he's now at lauberge in BR. I wish Serrano's luck in the future.

There is a lot of smoke to that fire. Their location is determined by where a Hooters is. Personally, I think Clearview Mall is a shite hole.

I worked for the BR Serranos from 2004-2006. That was some good times and the food was actually good.

It pretty much went all downhill a few years after when they revamped the menu and made other changes. I think they tried to get a little too corporate.
