Anybody have a guide or ratio chart they use to help season large amounts of meat like sausage, boudin, etc?

I'm not sure if this is the guide that I set out to find, but it should definitely be helpful.
You have to scroll down to the Guidelines for Spice Usage section.

General rule: About 1-2 g of spice is added to 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of meat. One teaspoon of dried ground spice weighs about 2 grams.
If you don't have a digital scale, now might be a good time to get one.
