Cannon ES Rebel SL1, with 18-55mm zoom lens, autofocus and strobe. Use high MP photo size then crop and reduce photo size with Microsoft office picture manager to reduce photo size to something that won't eat up the Image shack file size limits, or possibly that was the problem I had with photo bucket.

The wife paints and it is technically/actually her camera.

Turn the heat on till in the mouth = maybe an hour - maybe 70 minutes. It really needs to rest 20-30 minutes after adding the fish to let the flavors get happy.
