Did a blind taste test between teets and Paul's in Ville Platte. Paul's is the better of the two in regular smoked sausage. I also got some jalapeno cheese sausage from teets and it was the tits

I haven’t had Paul’s in a while but it was always super solid. Dad always used it in his gumbos.

For all of old timers strohe's slaughter house in thornwell was the best I ever ate. They have sense shut down

I haven't had those, but I love B&S (Ville Platte) pork sausage.

Paul’s Meat Market is my go to. I really like the highly seasoned smoked sausage too, great on the grill, I even put it in gravies &/or gumbos
