Sausage both link and patty

Ok, I'm looking for hot sausage. I'm in the Gonzales/Prairieville area. I love the Pattons hot sausage party but have no clue where to go for them except New Orleans. I used to use the Martin's hot sausage but can't find that anymore either. Any suggestions? TIA
