Santa Fe dinner recs
Posted by ellishughtiger on 9/19/18 at 7:45 pm00
I'll be there next weekend for the Wine and Chili fest. What's some good dinner recommendations that's non mexican? I've been to the Radish and The Rye, which was excellent, but want to try something new.

Have you done or are you doing the Grand Tasting? Never been and are trying to decide whether we should buy tickets

I have not but my wife has and she says if def worth going, tons of food and wine to sample. The $150 ticket is well worth it. I'm hoping someone samples out a bottle of Screaming Eagle, lol.

El Farol is legit tapas.
Paloma is excellent, but it’s kind of Mexico City inspired. So that might be too close to New Mexican.
Geronimo if you want to get spendy.

Agreed, the Grand Tasting is worth it.
Great food and good crowd, but no earth shattering wines.
And yes, eat at Geronimo. Make reservations now.

This part is done too, thanks. Also have a reservation at La Plazuela if anyone has any thoughts on it.
