Probably been shared a hundred times and if so, I apologize.
This occurred in the kitchen at the French Laundry, when the manager (Michael Millino) attempted to saber a $2,000 bottle of Champagne and then foolishly chopped in frustration.

Mike Colmeco talked about it on The Bite. Obviously the manager hasn’t much experience. I have a friend that is proficient and it’s certainly fun to watch. That was a Jereboam it looked like.
