AG is shitting bricks

Why would you say that?

Because when Rouses pulled put of AG, they have gotten stronger while AG has gotten weak.

I wish lake chuck would get one! I doubt that though. Everyone here is in love with market basket. Terrible!!

Only because their boudin is incredible. other than that, it has nothing going for it. Hell, I remember when the one on Nelson was a Delchamps's over twenty years ago. Its still the same layout, same small fruit and vegetable section, still the shitty selection of seafood and butcher cuts. But hey, if you want cereal or frozen pizza's you're in luck!

I was once a huge fan. But my like has moderated. The prices on most items are comparable to Whole Foods. The stores are nice, don't get me wrong, but the products are not as good as Whole Foods. I used to love their seafood stuff, but now I would almost rather go to Winn Dixie, after they sold me fresh water drum as puppy drum. I am still so mad!

You sure do love AG. The stores are weak. The ones around Baton Rouge do well financially, that's understood. It's more of a product of the competition being so unremarkable than anything they're doing though, IMHO.

Mathernes and Calvins are as strong as ever. All three are nice upscale stores with as much are more specialty foods than anybody in town. They are AG strong.

Besides Whole Foods and Fresh Market, probably so. Outside of that, there isn't much competition.

How many companies can afford to loose an $800 million dollar account and not be affected? When Rouses pulled out of AG it hurt AG and now Rouses is going to be in AG's backyard.

Boudin is some of the "better" boudin around here, now I wouldn't say it's worth fighting over as the chucks boudin is far from the quality as the ones from Cajun country.
