If you can't find St. Louis cut ribs, it's pretty easy to prepare them yourself from spareribs. That way you don't have to deal with all the costal cartilage when you're eating the ribs, and it makes the rack nice and rectangular, similar to baby backs.

Try Sassy Jones BBQ Sauce if you get the chance. Someone brought this to the deer camp last season and it was the NICE!

got 3 racks of baby backs,just put the rub on them and put them in the fridge for the night? Is it possible to put too much rub?
