Rib roast and Yorkshire pudding

I did the Alton Brown combo yesterday. I honestly don't think I will do it again. The meat was perfect visually. The "pudding" looked liked Alton's for the most part. Pretty sure we would have enjoyed the roast more as individual steaks. No one ate the Yorkshire pudding other than an initial taste, then a comment on what other food it reminded them off that was better . Moving on to something different next year.
