Restaurants changing their menus

Anyone else hates when a restaurant takes an item off the menu that you grow to love and basically make it your go to item? I went to the Chimes last night, for the first time in a while, because I was craving two specific items and of course some cold beer. So I get to my table open the menu and notice that they added some new entrees, without even looking at the appetizers I tell the waitress I will start off with a beer and an order of cheese sticks, she tells me we do not have them anymore, I’m like WTF its cheese stick every bar/pub/restaurant serves cheese sticks. so once again without looking I say well give me the crabmeat stuffed jalapenos…..guess what, I get the same response “we no longer serve them”. So I finally look at the apps. and I notice they took quite a few solid items away from the appetizers and replaced them with some fricking jalapeno cheese fries, which now put two “cheese fry” appetizers on the menu, some mac and cheese shite, and shrimp and grits. Not cool Chimes…..Not cool.
