Be ready when that thing gets there. They’ll drop it where you want it but once it’s down it’s down. The thing has got to weight 300+ lbs. Then once you assemble it, you’ve got to get where it is gonna live, and this time you won’t have the pallet Jack.

Awesome smoker selection though, enjoy. I have very few complaints about mine.

Injecting is one of the top reasons brisket turns to roast beef. Would not suggest injecting.
