While we all cherish recipes passed down from family or buried in old cookbooks, or even found in this forum's cookbook, it's undeniable that there are some amazing recipes to be found online these days. Food Network, Epicurious, AllRecipes, Serious Eats...just a ton of good stuff out there for us to try.
What are some staples you've encountered online? Not like cook once a year, but some damn good, simple recipes that regularly appear on your family's weekly menu.
A few of mine:
Marcella Hazan's Tomato Sauce -- base recipe Super simple and tasty base recipe to play with
Serious Eats Grilled Skirt Steak Fajitas Better than most Mexican restaurants
Kicked Up Cole Slaw -- Perfect with pulled pork...like, really, y'all need to try this one
Sage Potatoes Au Gratin -- An amazing side for a steak or maybe a nice ham
I have many more but these are recipes in our regular rotation.
