Recipe for venison chili?

I have about 5 pounds of gorgeous venison steak that's been cubed and I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for chili. I figured that would be something that I could make in the morning before work in the crock-pot. I haven't been able to find any recipes that look worthy of venison...beef, maybe. Thanks!

the only thing I can recommend is cut it into cubes, don't grind it.

lifehacker chili
Canned diced tomatoes. (I go with these Mexican-style lime and cilantro ones; I use two cans of diced tomatoes, though they are a little smaller than the cans of beans.)
Canned red/chili/pinto beans/etc. (I like these Southwestern-style beans, which also throw in some corn and diced onion.)
Canned black beans.
Chili powder.

Check the Outdoor Board also.
Personally, I'd mix the deer with pork 50/50 in what ever recipe you choose
