I do something similar with red bell peppers for an appetier with fried goat cheese, but for two ingredients. Red wine instead of white and no chicken stock are what I use. The goat cheese which is sliced and pressed into a small round of cheese is dredged in milk and bread crumbs twice and then put into a skillet and browned until a state of goldenness. The cheese is then spread on garlic infused croutons made of French bread and then the coulis is spread atop of it. It will make your mouth very happy.


ETA puree the stuff with whatever toy you have for the job.
