Anybody have one or know anything about them. Saw some videos on them and they look to be good quality. Thanks in advance.

I have a Rec Tec 300. It maintains the set temperature and I have been very pleased with it. Also, the company offers excellent customer service.

Gator Pits out of Texas is now making a pellet grill smoker. The cooking chamber is made out of 1/4" pipe like there other great pits. Rich has video's up on YouTube of it working and smoking some meat.

REC TEC are nice but pricey. Pellet smoker is the way to go though

I have the REC TEC 680 and I absolutely love it. It is extremely well built and heavy duty. The bonus with the 680 compared to others is the 40 lb. pellet hopper. It is pricey but well worth it!

What's the point of that? You don't leave pellets in there after the cook?

From what I'm seeing $1200-1500. Would that be correct for a 680?
