Just another plug on them. They pushed out a new app where the temp control function changed. Called and was immediately directed to someone who showed me exactly what to do.
Can’t say enough about this product. If you are on the fence about pellet smokers….don’t look anywhere else.

Agreed, probably over 100 cooks on my 340 with zero issues. There was a small piece missing in the original shipment and customer service overnighted it to me.
