Last couple of weeks have been very good. Hoping to keep this momentum going for a bit. Down 2.5 pounds since last Saturday.

Dad's birthday. Headed to Ruth's Chris to celebrate. This may set me back but it'll be a nice meal.

Small uptick this morning, but nothing to worry about. I fully expect to be back below 250 tomorrow after my workout today.

Just got in to work to have that conversation I seem to have on a bi-weekly basis...

"how much weight have you lost...how much more do you plan to lose." Followed up with, and I shite you not, "You don't need to lose much more weight, you don't need to be skinny" People really irritate me sometimes, I just walked off as soon as she said that and said something about there being nothing wrong with being skinny.

to the fatasses that can't stand to see someone else succeed.

On another note, I've implemented the stronglifts program that some of you guys had been talking about before. It's amazing what happens when you actually increase the weight. I had been squatting the same number for the most part for over a month and now I'm warming up with that number

I love stronglifts. I have been having awful knee pain coming in with this cold weather though. I haven't been able to run or do leg lifts. And I haven't been solid on my diet.

my strong lifts have been related to the weight of da fork lately.

I started getting knee pains too. started walking and eventually running when it became too easy. I have no knee or back pains anymore. at all. Whatever you decide to do, consistency is the biggest factor.

down 4 pounds since 7 days ago. Not sure if it's the new workout program or things just finally getting through that stalled phase, but weight has been melting off the last couple of weeks. Just going to try and keep this momentum going through thanksgiving, which will be tough, but doable with some will power.

Within 10 pounds of next milestone. I know it's not close to the guys breaking 250's but slow and steady wins the race.

You'll be there before you know it if you keep it up. I've been at this since around May 1st and looking forward from when I started it seemed like such a huge journey. I've still got a long way to go myself, but looking back on the last 7 months it's all seemed to just kind of fly by.

Progress is progress, bro. As long as you stick with what you're doing you'll be there in no time.
