I'm not losing much on the scale but my clothes are way looser.. and I fit into a shirt this morning that I've never fit into before.

Down 3 lbs in 2 days. It's either the IF I started or the massive case of the trots I had all night.

3 years ago I dropped 20 lbs in 2 weeks. I went 17 days without a solid BM... do you know how excited I was when it came on day 18???

I liked IF. I felt it kept me leaner. I may start it and keep it going during my maintenance stage

I like it because it is so effective in appetite suppression. Im currently taking a diet break for a few weeks and trying to bump my calories up to maintenance. Without adding shakes or eating dirty i can barely take in 2000 calories per day. Ive decided to start eating a few small snacks during the day like fruit, berries, nuts etc and then have my large meals in the evening.

Come 8:30 I had eaten dinner and was only at 1100 kcal. I had to shovel some peanut butter to get to 1500 before my window closed at 9.

Poop, you are only eating 1500 calories? How much do you weigh?

I'm fat as frick. 5'7. Have a lot to lose but I have questioned whether I'm eating to little. Weight loss completely stalled for a couple of weeks. Lifts are still improving though.

I would of probably have started at 500 under maintenance and adjusted from there.

I was 195 at 5'8" as of January 15. To drastic of a cut and you will lose muscle.

That's what I'm trying to be cautious of. I've built strength over the past couple months and my clothes are fitting better...but the stall is coming.

I had the same problem when I was going to the gym. I couldn't handle it mentally and have decided that I'd rather see the numbers on the scale go down more until I'm at a weight I feel comfortable stalling at.

I know that statement goes against everything when dealing with losing weight, but it's too damn frustrating to go in to a gym for an hour + every day and bust your arse + eating right and still not lose weight. At least it is for me
