I'm still alive. Still maintaining. I'm out of Vyvanse til next week. Fml. My doc is out of town & I procrastinated calling for my prescription. Guess I'll have to switch to cocaine for the weekend. Or, you know, actual effort with my diet.

Was really worried about stepping on the scale b/c of yesterday. Free lunch at work, company thanking us for helping with flood prevention and restoration efforts. They had Sullivan's cater it, but I assumed we'd get hamburgers/hotdogs like when they did a "tailgate" last year, but wrong. They had ribs, potato salad, rice, white beans and sausage, smoked sausage, cookies.. it would have been very easy to go super fatboy on all of that food but I manged to eat like a normal person. It wasn't especially good so that helped. Logged everything I ate, came out to about 800 calories give or take. Didn't get hungry til about 8PM so ended my day with carrot slices and hummus.

Jacked up my left shoulder last chest day... Hitting up some chest today but have to leave the ego at home. Light weight high reps and finding shite that doesn't hurt so I can get some blood pumping in there.. May need to go see a doc soon
