I use a 13" Magnalite Roaster for most if them. If I need a big one Inuse a 26 quart Winco heavy aluminum pot, it has 4mm (3/16") thick walls, cooks really well. I also use it cook white and red beans when I want to make a big batch.

Any difference between Mcware Aluminum roasters and the cheaper IMUSA ones on Amazon? I know the Mcware are made in China also.
Thinking of using my 9qt cast iron dutch oven to brown the meat and cook down the veggies and then boil in a stock pot from there.
