How often do you fry? Do you leave your fryer outside under cover, in a garage?

Maybe once a week, or a few times a month. It's under my back porch covered. What's great about these are the extra batter or anything that falls off of what your cooking falls to the bottom of the fryer. The heat/flame is above where it rests so the oil lasts much longer and doesn't burn.

Ahh yea I remember lol. Its hard to remember names. I havent looked since before coved but I bet the cost is high af now. I may see if I can get a updated list. They did make bigger baskets in the past no idea if they still do.

I leave oil in mine for a long time...months easy...as long as I do my part and close the lid before the bugs or rain gets in (not to self, do not try to fry off water if I do lol). Its on my back porch out of the direct elements. In the dead of winter the oil gets thicc. RV sells a cover but it only covers the fryer part, I'd try to find one that covers the whole thing to the ground.

Same. It takes like 5-8 min to get to temp? Never timed it but I can usually heat and fry before I could heat a oven and bake. Besides frying taste better amiright.

You most definitely are.

I use a Members Mark Degreaser foam spray to clean mine. Remove oil, spray unit down with foam spray, let sit 10 minutes, hose off. Spotless. Literally that easy.
