Wife and I last week ran into Primeaux who bought our house in Bendel Gardens in Lafayette 10 years ago..knew he worked for UL Horticultural Dept at time of sale. He went on from UL and developed what he's named the Primo Pepper ( 1.5 million Scoville units in each pepper at a minimum) that is now used in weapons grade Pepper Spray. He sells it to many goverments through out the world in addition to making an award winning "Swampadelic Sauce". Seems like it well respect and has very high reviews by the Experts in da Hot Sauce Industry. Anybody try this sauce?

I have never seen this but I would imagine it is extremely hit. The seven pot promos are one of the hottest peppers in the world. I know his goal is to keep cross breeding them until they surpass the Carolina reaper.

I haven’t tried his sauce, but his wife’s pepper jelly (The Farmer’s Daughter) is delicious. I use the Strawberry and Cayenne when I make baked Brie in puff pastry.
