Yep. I've been buying the choice briskets from Albertsons Everytime they hit $1.97/ lb but have never actually smoked a prime. Looking forward to seeing if there is a noticable difference

Picked up 2 of those $.87 lb pork butts from Super 1 in Youngsville yesterday, they’re going on the smoker tomorrow.
