I keep seeing ads for several prepackaged ramen style of other asian foods and frankly, they look delicious. I'm currently seeing an ad for Momofuku noodles. I saw an add for XCJ dumplings and noodles last night and started perusing their stuff. The ads make them look delicious but are they any good? What is your recommendation for these types of products, or should i just learn to make my own?

I've had two varieties of the Momofuku noodles and think they're pretty good for a quick, no mess meal. You won't mistake them for dining in the restaurant, but the noodles are ready to eat in just 3-4 minutes. They taste just fine right out of the package with noodles and sauce. To me they beg to be topped with scallions, a sunny side up egg, or additional protein. Earlier this week I used some leftover pork tenderloin to supplement my Spicy Soy Noodles.

Momofuku are great, Costco has a box of the ASH-A brand right now which is the same company that makes Momofuku noodles.
