Just had it for lunch. Jambalaya plate with red beans/corn.
Chicken was dry and the beans/corn tasted to be straight out of a can. Jambalaya lacked flavor also.
Wiil stick to Jambalaya & Co. out in this area.

Too many of these Jambalaya Shoppe spinoffs lately. I had some jambalaya recently that was catered from a place in W. Baton Rouge. Very bland.
