Looking for recommendations for a portable/travel espresso machine. I do alot of hunting and traveling for hunting looking for something I can carry with me.

Aeropress.
Full disclosure, I don’t have one and have never used one…but I’m 99% sure that’s the answer to your question.

You need an Aeropress
Use mine all the time when traveling. You’ll need a source for hot water (175 degrees) to complete the brewing process . I have the original model

Aeropress or Mokapot. Both won't easily break and there's no glass, so you won't have to fuss with them. There are also several battery operated "portable" espresso makers out there, but I can't vouch for any of them.
