If I went to a Popeyes buffet, the only thing I would be interested in is spicy chicken, mash potatoes and gravy, red beans and rice, and biscuits.........and repeat.........and repeat..........and repeat.

Popeyes around me (Huntsville Al) have great chicken livers. They don't have them on the menu for some reason but they do have them.
