Authentic Mexican food in Old Town
Little Italy has some good places too, can't remember name of place we went but very good.
Around Coronado area there are some hole in the wall type places.
One of the hotels in San Diego on water had some of the best fish tacos I've ever had, it was an outside bar type place with food.
La Jolla definitely for the views.
