Years ago when the Babola's owned it I went at least twice a month. Shish-ka-bobs were my favorite but the lasagna was good too. Waiters were great then. Lawson I believe was the name of the guy who waited on me time and time again. There was also this big waiter that sang. Very nice with a date. After a couple bottles of chianti it was time to move it to the house.

Shame it is what it is today. Just sad.

They have quicker service now. I don't dig the slow service schtick. I think the food has improved. It was terrible when the new people first took over. All in all, I think they have things going in the right direction. I simply wish their German fare was edible.

It is in no way a sad restuarant.
