Mother Trucker Pale Ale by Catawba Brewing is the shizzle. That and go next door to Buxton Hall for for some Que and then to Vortex Donuts for desserts.

Hey man, I wasn't hating on your beer, just that assertion. Germans were making lagers well before then.
There's nothing wrong with Pilsner-Urquell. I wouldn't hail it as great or anything, but it's a perfectly fine beer in its style.
