Anything good there for lunch? A diner or plate lunch place would be great.

Two Sisters has good plate lunches, HWY 11 Diner has a bigger menu with daily special hot plates and po boys, and Kelly's Po Boys same type fare as HWY 11. There is also Stonewall's BBQ if you're up for that, instead.

I ended up being a little too early for lunch. Drove around some backroads in the country and stopped at a place in Carriere called Sherrals. It was great. I’ll be trying the picayune ones soon as I drive through here regularly.
