Has anyone purchased this cut in Baton Rouge? My wife (no pics) has recently seen this cut on Pinterest and people rave about it. I will likely run by Iverstine’s but was curious if a) anyone has purchased it and b) if they liked the cut.

Thanks. I am always looking for new cuts to try. I may have had it at Texas de Brazil but can’t recall.
