Have never had it, but know someone that absolutely loves it. If she has any say at all they go there for graduations, wedding parties, birthdays, etc. and always gets the pork chop.

Slow cooked for up to 14 hours is what I was told. It's delicious. Can't ever order a steak from there because of the pork chop.

It's solid, whatever rub they put on it, they put a shite ton. Seems like they apply it at least twice during the process and it overpowers the meat a little.
