I always go with the hot sausage pizza, but my brother in law got one of the calzones last time and it looked pretty awesome. I forget what it was called but it had every meat available in it.

Never been to the old Pastime, but I have been to the Pasttime Jr 4 or 5 times and it sucks big time. Some things on the menu are good, but the service is horrible. The place is so tight you feel like your a sardine. I've gotten their pizza before and Chuck E Cheeses pizza tastes better than that. They have premade dough. The last time I went they messed up on food sent it back then they messed up on that too. They messed up my fiancees food that night too. Food comes out staggered. Every time I've went theyve messed up some how and the service is horrible. I kept giving it another try because it is convinent, but I would much rather go to Rocco's or Brewbachers right there any day over that B.S. At lest I get a big ol New Orleans style poboy at those two places, not some little tiny hoagie.

Everytime I go, I have the same problem. They have a few girls with zero experience. The only reason I keep going is because it is much closer to where I live, but the extra time and gas is worth it to eat at the original instead.

yes premade crust, ready to go right out of the freezer... good if it's done right and it seems jr isn't doing that...... I hope that this isn't another case of the greedy children ruining what moms and pops built over the years......

Tiger Bait calzone, and it, along with the roact beef poboy rock. There is a pizza version carnivore special, I think called the Big Ragoo.

I am personal friends with Randy and Kim (owners) and they are first class. If something is not right, make sure you tell them (politely) and they will make it right.

BTW, the Pastime Junior was opened primarily as a delivery and takeout place, so it is not going to be as good a place to hang out as the original-different concept.

It's "junior" when it comes to everyting, really. I don't see it becoming a booming place, but it is handy for peopel in the Jefferson area. I am sure the intentions weren't to make it into a replica of the original.

You're thinking of "L" the lesbian bar across the parking lot... Hellova place to go meet single women.

My pastime order: Cheeseburger, onion rings, and hush puppies.

Well I guess queers just get turned on by their shitty tasting pizzas because at JR you have to fight the queers off to get a shitty poboy and theres no queer bar around there.
