Pastalaya recipe for 4 gallon pot

Was gifted a 4 gallon pot. Have never cooked in it. Having bunch of people over for dove hunt looking for ideas on how much meat and pasta I need?

Watch Cajun ninja recipe and adjust to your serving. I would x3 his recipe with that pot. I loosely follow his recipe with my own tweaks and it always turns out great.

64 oz pasta
4 lbs chicken
4 lbs pork
4 lbs sausage
2 lbs onion
1 lbs bell pepper
1 lbs celery
100 oz water
24 oz half and half
One head of garlic
Half bunch green onion
Half bunch parsley
Thyme /sage/salt/pepper to taste.
