Parish Rice and jambalaya

Has anyone made jambalaya with Parish low GI rice? If so how does it compare to long grain that you normally use? TIA

Can't answer specifically for jambalaya, but it cooks like other rice's on the stovetop for me. Usually a 50/50+/- ration
