Serious question - what is it about Envie that everyone here loves some much? Drinking a 5/8 bottle right now and while good I’m not tasting anything noteworthy. Is this older than preferred or something?

Can't speak for everyone, but I like it because it is a very drinkable beer.
Ghost and other juice bombs are great one or two at a time. Just can't drink them all day.
