Panko

I use it as a topping on dishes rather than breadcrumbs because I like the crunchy texture. I usually toss it in some melted butter or olive oil first.

I’ve used it on the outside of crab cakes as well.

I used it last night on top of creamy deviled crab gratin dishes.

I’ve used multiple brands from multiple stores and never noticed any difference.
