Some of the YouTube creators I follow routinely feature kitchens with two unique appliances. One is the Thermomix TM6.

A little research led me to the conclusion that this thing does everything but shop for groceries. Is it that good, or is it a $1600 blender?

The other appliance is a PacoJet. I totally could not justify this at $6000. Other than making soup and ice cream, what are these being used for? Is this what Rocca uses to make whipped provolone cheese?

TIA

That's a little more affordable. Thanks

Thermomix is pretty useful. Great for creating emulsions, keeping food warm. The scale is not the best. Pacojet was created for ice creams but is pretty good at making savory things as well. Soups, emulsions, salsas, wet grinding, farces, and ice creams of course. It’s industrial equipment.

ETA: Add a Breville Control Freak to your best gadget list. It’s my favorite by far.
