Got a couple of these, 5 and 8 cup,,,,how do you guys keep it from bubbling over?

How much is bubbling over? How much water to rice?
Rice to water ratio in a Hitachi rice cooker has always been 1:1 for me and never had a problem.

Wish I had/needed one, but I’m able to cook perfect rice in a stove top pot...
