Old beer brew kit. What do I need to replace?

I got a beer brew kit awhile back but never opened it. I believe the kit is approx. 3-4 years old and I'm unsure what is still good to use.

The kit ingredients include:

6 lbs syrup
Priming (Corn) Sugar
Malt Grains (packed 10/10/2016)
Hops
Brewing Yeast Packet

Are there any ingredients I need to replace now that the kit is a few years old? The above items have all been sealed and none have been opened.
