I just found out that Mexican chef Rick Bayless is the younger brother of professional sports jerk Skip Bayless.

Bayless does his homework and his recipes tend to be very good.

Awh damn, wish I didn't know that.
His recipes are pretty good, I've used several before and always enjoyed him on the top chef shows he's been on.
