Last one I did stalled for almost 4 hours. Lucky I started early in the morning with that one.

Still @ 181...made quesidia for quick dinner. Kids/wife ate something else. My only worry is if I get sleep tonight.

Damn man. Crank the heat to 300 and get that thing cooked. It's a butt, it will be fine.

Finally got it pulled around 9:45 or so and let it rest for 30 minutes. Was pretty good, had one sandwich last nigh. Will re-heat and go at it today.
