I'm going to do this on my stove this weekend, I bet this tastes amazing. Living in Southern California it isn't possible to get crawfish without breaking the bank so I will throw some potatoes, corn, etc in a pot on the stove and boil them at times and this will just be added to the rotation. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

kin does a crawfish boil ramen as a special sometimes. It is really good.
