I have one my wife bought from WalMarks a few years ago that still looks new. Never use metal cooking utensils and never put it in the dishwasher.

I have T-Fal pans. They are recommended by America's Test Kitchen. Work great and last a while.

I have a ceramic coated aluminum pan from Little Griddle that is truly non- stick. Durable and heats well. The only downside it's that the handle gets hot, so you need a potholder, etc for when you pick it up.

Circulon. Read some reviews and this came out on top for a reasonable price. Bought two and have no complaints.

I agree with Serious Eats: Buy a cheap one and replace often.

quote:

I've invested in some fairly pricey kitchen equipment over the years... But not in the case of nonstick cookware. No, when it comes to nonstick, I say go cheap or go home.

***

Unfortunately, nonstick surfaces just aren't durable enough to last several years, let alone a lifetime. If you're determined to pay top dollar for nonstick, that leaves you with two equally unappealing options—spending a lot on replacing worn-out pans every few years, or continuing to cook with a degraded nonstick surface well beyond its useful lifespan. Not really much of a choice.

The third option—buying it cheap—is therefore the best.

The Best Nonstick Pans Are the Cheap Ones

He recommends stuff like a $16 Faberware.

I also agree with him to avoid the ones with rivet heads (to attach the handle) on the inside cooking service of the pan. Those rivets aren't non-stick, and they suck to clean after scrambling eggs.
