Nogal Mexican restaurant going in next to campus ( old newks..)

I went once to the one in deville. It was good, but never went back after we saw a health dept ding in them for rancid/putrid meat. There was no reason a Mexican place wouldn't thrive in deville. They had to be doing something seriously wrong.
