The smoked pork loin is awesome for an entree. I can't ever go there(like 100 times) without getting the sweetbreads for an app.

Pork loin sounds awesome. I just know that when I get there, whatever the fish special is will sound delicious. I generally get the sweet breads for an appetizer as well, so we're on the same page there. Generally I don't do dessert, but might have to make an exception now. Thanks.

Is it the best restuarant in NO? No. But, it is where I would have my last meal.

My mom always gets it and it is very good as well.

Agreed. It is just consistently good every time. You know what you're going to get and there's something to be said for that, especially given some of the recent lackluster meals I've had at the more well-known, and wrongfully higher-regard, restaurants like Galatoire's and Antoine's.

Or anywhere else. I have had more great meals there than any other place in NO. The best place to ever eat at a bar ever. Garth is the best bartender in NO, bar none.
